Caisealrag is fully licensed for weddings and civil partnerships, including the fields surrounding the house, all the way down to several sandy beaches and the site of an ancient fort seen in the photo below. As we want you to enjoy your wedding day refreshed and relaxed, we invite you to arrive the day before and stay for at least a weekend.
We are completely flexible with how you can book allowing you to combine a wedding and honeymoon in one and so you can ask friends and family to join you for all or part of your stay. A maximum of six guests in total are permitted. Should your numbers begin to creep up from your original plans, you may consider a small wedding at Crear.
Getting here is simple. There are more flights from London to Glasgow than any other route in the world. You can leave your desk at the end of a Friday and arrive for a late evening supper. We can be there to meet you from your train or plane, stop so you can shop and drive you safely here while you relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful road trips in Scotland.
You can enjoy unlimited walking for miles around in all directions straight from the door. A short stroll away and you are overlooking the Paps of Jura with uninterrupted views to the Isles of Islay, Jura and Gigha and the lighthouses of Rathlin Island.
